Conditions of our Web Site Projects, and our 100%
Design Guarantee
All sales of 4 Ever
Design services are governed by the following terms
and conditions:
4 Ever Design is
happy to offer a 100% money back design guarantee to
our customers. This means that we will continue to
provide mock-ups that are designed in Adobe
Photoshop (not coded in HTML) until our customers
are satisfied with a design to have for their web
site. Upon their approval of this design, the web
site project has been contracted and 4 Ever Design
will now complete your web site. In other words, the
100% Design Guarantee has been lifted and our
customer is now obligated to honor the full price
agreed upon for their web site project.
For all
application projects, no refunds will be granted
once the project is initiated. Because we build
applications custom to customers specific needs, we
do not award refunds once the project has begun.
Unfortunately, if our customers would like to change
the look of their web site after they have approved
of their design, we must charge extra. This is
because this work is additional and was not
initially quoted in our web site pricing, which we
do in order to keep our prices as low as possible.
This is because changing the look or design of a web
site, after a web site has been constructed and HTML
coded, is a very time consuming process. Our pricing
is extremely competitive in this industry and with
this pricing we expect that our customers understand
our guarantee and work alongside us to make sure
that web sites projects go as smoothly as possible.
We do our best to get your project completed by the
proposed end date, however our inability to provide
you a finished product by your end date does not
constitute a breach of this contract. If you have a
firm deadline and are not willing to pay for your
project if it is not completed by this deadline,
then you need to do business with another company
who is willing to work under such an arrangement.
Many unforeseen circumstances occur in the web
design business that are out of our control (such as
your inability to provide us with your content in an
organized and timely manner -- as stipulated in our
project guidelines and agreement) and we therefore
cannot incur costs to complete a customer's project
only to have that customer eventually refuse to pay
based upon an uncontrollable deadline.
To the best of our
ability, 4 Ever Design always tries to deliver to
our customers' deadlines however every customer must
thoroughly understand that the following
circumstances will affect your deadline
date...holidays, acts of God, untimely submission of
content, periodic submissions of content rather than
one collective submission as required by our Project
Guidelines and Agreement.
Some 4 Ever Design projects require a 50% up front
payment, with the remaining 50% payment due upon
completion of the project. In the event that any web
site project cannot be completed due to any time
delay that surpasses 30 days from the start date of
any project, 4 Ever Design reserves the right to
collect in full for any and all remaining balances
of the projects. This is a reasonable and fair
company policy that ensures that our customers
respect our timelines and requirements and help us
prevent long, drawn out delays where work was
performed without payment. All 4 Ever Design sales
are governed by this policy. Should any customer not
feel that they will have the ability to complete
their project or pay for their project in 30 days,
the customer should consider postponing the start
date of their project prior to moving forward with a
project.
When doing business with us, it is understood that
you recognize these terms and conditions.
Unless otherwise specified in writing, all designs
provided to customers are owned by 4 Ever Design and
are copyrighted.
